It is possible that some security application on your PC is causing this problem. If you are using an application from the Bank of Brazil (Warsaw or Topaz OFD app) it is common that you to have issue like this.
Here are the steps to solve the problem:
1 - Install the last version of the Typhoon HIL Control Center.
2 - Uninstall the Warsaw app from GAS Technologies.
3 - Restart the computer
4 - Re-install the Warsaw app.
